At PlayHard Ramey Style, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- The item is in its original condition — free from odors, stains, or damage
- All original tags are still attached
- The item is returned in its original or comparable packaging
Sale Items — Final Sale
All items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We happily accommodate exchanges for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, contact us at lramey11@yahoo.com with your order number.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence of the damage.
How to Start a Return
Email us at lramey11@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without receiving return authorization first.
