Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, select your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Contact us at lramey11@yahoo.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes before it ships.
How will I know my order was placed successfully?
You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from McClure, Pennsylvania.
How long does shipping take?
Economy: 7-10 business days ($2.99). Standard: 5-7 business days ($4.99). Expedited: 2-3 business days ($9.99). Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the United States. International shipping to Canada and select countries may be available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email lramey11@yahoo.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Products
How do your items fit?
Our apparel runs true to size. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
How do I care for my PlayHard Ramey Style gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed. Following these instructions keeps your gear looking fresh longer.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover) and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your full card details.
