The raver meet up is on again in the summer of 2012. Its a FREE event for all the brisbane people who love their harder style tunes. Featuring the following genres:

KANDI!!!

Kandi is a massive part of the rave scene whether some people hate it or not. Last time it was great to see the younger generation getting involved in the kandi making.

If we could get all the big kandi ravers in Brisbane to bring along some of their stuff again to setup a designated area that would be great.

Same as last time im happy for those supplying beads/string etc to charge a small amount if there are people that dont have any and want to use it.

Im proud to announce we will have some various entertainment at this event for you guys to check out. So far this is what we have!

Fire & Glow Twirling

Ever seen those crazy people spinning those 2m length sticks with fire on each end…..? Well if you havent be sure to come down and catch some of the ravers in our scene that take raving to a whole new level spinning fire and various glowing objects to amaze you. If your nice enough they may even let you have a go and share some of their secrets!

HOUSEKEEPING

Please remember guys that we are sharing a public park with other people of al ages, i must say i was extremely happy with the level of behaviour last time from everyone it really proved that ravers arnt as bad as what the media portrays us to be.

one thing though weas we really need to pick up our rubbish cans were left all over the place throughout the day and had to constantly be picked up, considering there was 2 giant bins only 20metres away, so can we please keep on top of this.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL

Same as last time guys drinking is based on the onus that we are responsible, so try bring cans rather than glass bottles and be sensible, do not provide alcohol to underage kids, i will have no hesitation in calling the police if this happens.

Im aware that many people take drugs but can we please refrain from 1. turning up high, or 2. taking any illegal substances whilst at the raver meetup.
