Keni is a Brisbane based Hardstyle DJ and producer with a driving beat and aggressively risky mixing technique. Not afraid to musically go outside the norm, for over five years he has brought his vigorous style and enthusiastic stage presence to many events throughout Australia. Whether performing in one of the regular events in his hometown of Brisbane at places like the Family, The Arena, Blackout, Bassline, one of the residency’s he has gained over the past few years or mixing it up in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth (United) his passion and enthusiasm for his art can be seen every time he is behind the decks. Keni’s dedication to his craft has led him to supporting the likes of Brennan Heart (NL), Toneshifterz (NL/AU), Technikal/Technikore (UK), Amnesys(IT), Alien-T(IT), Steve Hill (UK/AU), Sc@r (UK), Chaos (UK).
Finding inspiration from all genres of Dance music has lead to his undying passion for all things Hard Dance. Keni’s style can best be described as “ uplifting/hands in the air infused hardstyle ”. His major musical influences have ranged from old school Hardstyle legends such as Luna, Pavo, Showtek and the Donkey Rollers to the nu-style sounds of D-block & S-t-fan and the Noisecontrollers.
2010 is looking to be a busy year for Keni as he working on both solo and collaborated productions as well as a busy performing schedule. Big things are to come from this rising Hardstyle star.
